 At Ariscent Support, we’re proud to share that we have been working behind the scenes with The Behaviour Clinic to develop a bespoke trauma-informed training package specifically for our agency staff.This is something Nicky and Martyn feel incredibly passionate about. Having worked alongside The Behaviour Clinic in previous roles, we’ve seen first-hand the powerful impact that trauma-informed practice can have — not just on the individuals being supported, but on the confidence, resilience and cohesion of staff teams.We have been working closely with Barney Huxtable, whose dedication and expertise in trauma-informed approaches truly stand out. Barney’s work in helping organisations embed meaningful, practical strategies — rather than surface-level training — is something we deeply value. His commitment to ensuring staff understand the “why” behind behaviours aligns perfectly with our ethos at Ariscent Support.Trauma-informed practice is about more than managing behaviour. It’s about recognising lived experiences, creating safety, building trust, and responding in ways that promote regulation and long-term positive outcomes.This bespoke package will help to:
