My name is Nicky Jones, and I’ve worked in the care sector since 2014. Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children and young people, including in my previous role as a Registered Manager within local authority services. I’m deeply passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives and about supporting, mentoring, and developing the next generation of residential care workers. I’m committed to working alongside local authorities and the private sector to help create better opportunities, stronger teams, and more positive futures for both the children we care for and the staff who support them every day.
Martyn Morgan
Director & Co-founder
My name is Martyn Morgan, and I have worked in the care sector for 18 years, supporting both adults and children. I am also a Registered Manager, and over the last 8 years I have worked within children’s residential services in various roles. My experience spans a wide range of settings, including medium secure services, domiciliary care, learning disability services, and small group homes. I am passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people and committed to delivering high-quality, supportive care that helps them thrive.
